CHOCOLATE MAKING WORKSHOPS & EVENTS
All of our experiences can be adapted to meet your specific needs. Recently we were asked if we could create a special “date night” experience and also if we were able to run a workshop in someone's home.
Having visited to check space, equipment and ambient temperature we were delighted to confirm that we can do this.
Adult Workshops & Parties
Whether you are celebrating a special Birthday, arranging a treat for someone you love, celebrating Valentine's, a Date night, part of your Hen or Stag celebrations, or love a themed activity for Halloween, Guy Fawkes, Christmas (and other faith celebrations) then we can create a workshop for you.
From 4 to 20 Adults can be accommodated (depending on venue).
You’ll learn about tempering chocolate, how to create a piped item (let your imagination fire up), create truffles, filled chocolates, enjoy a cuppa and a quiz whilst the chocolate dries, find out how the coca bean is transformed into a bar and taste some chocolate.
Our workshops are usually from 2 hours and before you leave you can package your chocolates and take some memorable pictures. Some participants are eating their chocolates on the way home!
For a more in depth Gourmet Chocolate making workshop, a separate experience is also offered.

Children's Parties
It’s always hard to find something different for children to try and our children’s parties are age appropriate (from age 8 upwards) and are geared to the skills of the children.
As always we aim for children’s workshops to be fun and of course educational. We always ask for 2 parents to be in attendance and both Anne and Caroline have enhanced DBS checks.
Parties can be arranged in your home, subject to space and us being able to maintain a temperature to ensure the chocolate can be handled and sets. We are afraid that outdoor locations are not suitable for chocolate.
From 6 to 12 Children can party with Chocwork.

School Events
Whether you teach Primary or Secondary students, are a member of a PTA and looking for something different to support your child’s school. Or looking for a different way to present the Mayan Culture or Science (of turning a solid to a fluid and back into a solid) our school events could be just what you are looking for.
We can even create a learning experience regarding Business Enterprises, incorporating Business and Marketing plans, product design, presenting the plans and of course a tasting session!

From our experience in Girlguiding and Scouts we offer age appropriate workshops to all interest Groups especially the young at heart.
If you are a member of the WI, U3A, Probus, Rotary, Faith Groups, Interest Groups then we can customise an event for you.

Our Corporate Team Building events will all focus around Chocolate but can also incorporate more business focussed activities.
We also work in partnership with other organisations to provide a balance with activity based experiences as well.

We use only recyclable packaging for your chocolates. All packaging received by us is meticulously recycled too.
We ensure our suppliers adhere to our sustainability values too.
Available to All
We are keen to be inclusive - diet, accessibility, physical and intellectual needs are always a priority. We are investing in a small tempering machine, so we can be accessible to more people.
Approved and Certified
A Limited Company and member of the FSB. We are registered with the local Authority and have appropriate food preparation certification and also are DBS checked.
